About Me
I grew up in Blacksburg, Virginia (go Hokies!) and never really cared about professional sports until I moved to Boston -- and then the Sox seduced me. I didn't think it was possible for me to like ANY professional sport, especially not baseball (it was always too slow, long and boring for me), but then I started watching the Red Sox and I actually started to enjoy it! I was shocked, to say the least. But I guess it's hard not to get into the all the excitement when you're living in the world's greatest sports city with some of the greatest fans! I still think college sports have more passion, but I have finally come to appreciate the pros as well...

Yeah that would be much better than mine which is take a Saturday night, drive an hour, and spend a few hours with people you spend all week with. The only part that sounds like not so much fun would be the DC traffic. Everything else sound super groovy.
