Just got back this evening from a trip to New England (NH and ME) so there was plenty of trade-related chatter going around for days. So far, so good. He's no Manny, but he certainly is holding his own for now. The Sox had no choice but to deal Manny...he'd become too much and the wrong type of distraction and even I had grown tired of his latest rants (it's a bit difficult, to say the least, to shed too many tears for a guy making $20 mil + and who the team bent over backwards for over and over again in dealing with his "Mannyisms." Bay's a breath of fresh air in that regard and let's hope he keeps hitting!!
