The Red Sox are already on track to make some baseball history this season. And October isn’t even here yet.
Barring any rainouts, the Sox will tie the Major League Baseball record for most consecutive sellouts, now held by the Cleveland Indians, when they take the field Wednesday at Fenway Park against the Baltimore Orioles.
That record now stands at 455 games, when the Indians packed fans in night after night at Jacobs Field from 1995 into 2001.
